A dark roast sourced from approximately 75 growers in Popayán, Cauca, Colombia, the program is built on long-term relationships, with producers receiving premiums of up to 20% above market price for higher-quality lots.

Rich and comforting, with notes of dark chocolate and toffee nut. Clean and balanced in the cup.
