At Fellow, we stand behind our design and quality; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all products are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original Fellow packaging to prevent damage during transit and attach the return label to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
